what is a Double-Plug Cement Head?
Double-Plug Cement Head is the standard cement head for most primary cementing jobs. It makes the operation safer and more efficient by allowing the cement slurry to be pumped and both top cement plug and bottom cement plug to be released from a single unit. The operator can release the bottom plug, pump the cement, and then release the top plug all from the same head.
